Welcome Crystal Lovers! 

My name is Ariana and I’ve always been in love with fitness, art, poetry and beautiful things. I've been a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer for the last 17 years and counting! I love being active and getting out into nature. Some of my favorite outdoor activities are paddle boarding and hiking trails with my personal training clients. I came to love crystals some years ago but what has really drawn me to them in the recent years was their potential to heal.

 

I was a professional natural bodybuilder from 2014-2017, and during my last professional year I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Rheumatoid Arthritis, for those who aren't familiar, is an autoimmune disease/disorder that affects the bones, joints, and connective tissue. It was devastating news as an athlete and I became committed to exhausting all possibilities in the realm of healing or coping with my condition. 
I began learning about the chakra systems and how they effect our body and I began learning about crystals and their healing powers. 

Everything is made from energy and holds a certain vibrational frequency. Each crystal and mineral has it's own unique energy frequency and can positively impact your aura and energy field if you let it. As with anything in this life your reality is a construction of your current thought patterns and as you open yourself up to greater possibilities you allow the universe and nature to help you construct the life you want. 

If you believe in the possibilities of energy and crystal healing anything is possible. But if you don't quite believe in these concepts that's perfectly alright as well. You can still enjoy crystals purely based on their beauty and how they make you feel when you see them and hold them.
